Effective immediately, Hope Networks is temporarily closed while we redesign and rebuild our services from the ground up.
We are planning to relaunch on July 1, 2026 with improved systems, infrastructure, support processes, and new service offerings.
During this transition period, all hosting services, customer onboarding, and new orders are suspended.

At the time of closure, off-site backup storage was not part of our infrastructure.
Customers who did not maintain their own backups may be unable to recover their data. As outlined in our Terms of Service, customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical files and data.
While we understand this may be frustrating, we are unable to restore data that was not backed up prior to the shutdown.
One of our primary goals during this rebuild is implementing a comprehensive off-site backup system to better protect customer data in the future.
